Supervisory Board
Composed of family and non-family members, the Supervisory Board oversees the commitments made by the Group.

Composed of 10 members, the Executive Committee directs the various activities of the Group. Its members are at the head of the operational and functional divisions.

Irène Gosset
President of Groupe Pochet & Supervisory Board Member
The daughter of Henri Colonna de Giovellina, Irène Gosset began her working career in 1978 as an attorney in private law. She joined Groupe Pochet in 2005 to head the Legal Department before becoming Chairwoman of the Executive Board in 2009. Her presence on the executive board illustrates the Colonna de Giovellina family’s continued strong involvement in managing Groupe Pochet.

Xavier Gagey
CEO of Groupe Pochet & Supervisory Board Member
Xavier Gagey is CEO of Groupe Pochet which he joined in 2018 as Managing Director of the Pochet du Courval Glass Division. A graduate of the École Supérieure d’Électricité (SUPELEC) with an MBA from the EDHEC, he was previously Managing Director of the Welded Tubes Division at Aperam, a global player in stainless steel production. Xavier brings the Group his expertise in organizational transformation in a global context, and 20 years of experience working in a complex and very competitive industrial universe. He has held the position of Chief Executive Officer since September 2021.

François Lardennois
Chief Administrative and Financial Officer for the Group & Supervisory Board Member
François Lardennois joined Groupe Pochet in June 2016 as Chief Administrative and Financial Officer for the Group. François is also responsible for the Group’s Information Systems and Purchasing activities. A graduate from ESLSCA and holder of an MBA from HEC Paris, he was previously CFO of the Groupe Delachaux, a global player in rail infrastructure. He previously held financial management positions in several automotive equipment companies (Novares, Valeo & Dana). Customer focus, value creation, risk management and the innovative transformation of his role are the heart of François’s endeavors.

Alain Châtaigner
Human Resources Director of Groupe Pochet & Supervisory Board Member
Alain joined Groupe Pochet in 2017. Alain built a solid career as Head of Human Resources in the food industry, and specifically at Nestlé, and as an organizational consultant with Accenture (Andersen Consulting). Alain first graduated with an engineer’s degree from the ENSTA (École Nationale Supérieure de Techniques Avancées), then continued with a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from the IGS, the School for Human Resources. His extensive experience in different positions and his double expertise in business and consulting has given him excellent command of every aspect of Human Resources: strategy, social relations and dialog, management and communication. Nowadays, he is Head of Human Resources for Groupe Pochet.

Isabelle Lallemant
Marketing, Innovation & CSR Director
Isabelle Lallemant joined the Group in July 2016 as Head of Marketing. Isabelle holds a degree from the École Supérieure de Chimie Industrielle in Lyon and studied marketing and communication at HEC Paris. She has international experience in product and brand strategy, acquired in BtoB and BtoC (AptarGroup, Draeger, Groupe Smartbox). Promoting dynamic innovation, both in terms of service and products, by relying on brand identity is the core of Isabelle’s commitment and at the heart of Groupe Pochet’s ambitions.

Benoit Marszalek
Director of Operations Pochet du Courval
Benoît Marszalek joined Groupe Pochet in December 2007 as Head of Information Systems to transform the IT function. In 2012, he took over the management of the Supply Chain and then of the factories, to become Head of Operations of the Glass Division in 2021. A graduate of the École Française d’Électronique et d’Informatique (EFREI), he was previously in charge of IT management at AstraZeneca. Benoit brings the group his expertise in managing transformation projects and an excellent knowledge of industrial management processes. Industrial excellence and a taste for challenges by mobilizing teams to achieve ambitious goals are the core of Benoît’s commitments.

Yves-Édouard Desombre
Director of Operations of Qualipac
Yves-Edouard joined the Pochet Group in 2022 as Operations Director of Qualipac. Yves-Edouard has evolved throughout his career in supply chain and operations roles for industrial companies in various international contexts.
He has notably held the position of Director of European Operations within the AMCOR Group.
Yves-Edouard is a graduate of the ICAM engineering school.
Continuous improvement, the desire for transformation and the respect of commitments are at the heart of Yves-Edouard’s work.

Anne Callot
Group Commercial Transformation Director
Anne Callot joined Groupe Pochet in 2019 as Head of Sales for the Qualipac Division where she repositioned the Metal and Plastics Division in a growth dynamic. She holds a Master’s Degree in International Commerce from the University of Orléans. Anne has built a solid international career for herself at DuPont where she led several missions in various sectors such as industrial packaging, graphic industry, chemistry and pharmacy. She was responsible for sales, project management and marketing strategy activities. She is now Head of Sales Transformation at Groupe Pochet.

Eric Lafargue
Group Commercial Director
Éric entered the world of Beauty packaging in 1992 and has since then held various sales positions which have awarded him a strong knowledge of the cosmetics market and an expertise in glass, plastics and metal. After 12 years working for Qualipac, in 2016, he was promoted to the position of Head of Sales for Pochet du Courval. Éric is currently Commercial Director for Pochet Group.

Eric Desprès
Director of transformation and financial director of Qualipac
Éric joined Groupe Pochet in 2012 and was first appointed Industrial Managing Director of Qualicosmetics then Head of the Supply Chain for Qualipac in 2016. In 2017, Éric became Managing Director of Solev, the company specialized in exceptional decor for the perfume and beauty industry. Since 2019, Éric has been Head of Transformation and Finances for the Qualipac Division, assisting the Group through the challenges of Industry 4.0 and competitiveness. A graduate of the ESSEC business school, Éric has held various positions in an industrial context, and as such, he has acquired a strong knowledge and expertise of the sector over the years.
