Our actions for Women & Men

The Pochet Group is working to ensure a safe working environment and to favor an inclusive culture.

Women & men at the heart of the Group

The Pochet Group places Men & Women at the heart of its actions, protecting and providing them with a quality work environment favorable to the development of each and every one.

Professional equality between Women & Men

The Pochet Group is working to advance gender equality, in particular through a Mixity Program that aims to promote women and provide them with the means to advance. In addition, the 2018 agreement on quality of life at work and professional equality, completed by the company agreement signed in July 2020, enabled us to reinitiate concrete actions on the topics of compensation, recruitment, professional training, and promotion.

The Pochet Group is committed to promoting the role of women through its Gender Equality program. The Group is thus demonstrating its desire to fight against obstacles to professional development. The contribution of women in business is of considerable substance representing a definite competitive advantage.

Occupational health and safety, an essential issue

Our employees’ health is at the very core of our industrial activity. We are committed to reaching our goal of zero accidents in the workplace. Concrete actions are carried out in this respect at our production sites, such as the installation of new machines enabling the reduction of repetitive movements as well as safety training modules specific to each position, in order to prevent accidents and develop habits that do not pose a safety risk.

Commitment to integrating people with disabilities

The Pochet Group is committed to employing people with disabilities and to working with adapted establishments for any subcontracting work. In 2021, through our Purchasing Department in France, we are committed to significantly increasing the proportion of our investments in adapted establishments and suppliers employing people with disabilities.
